Returns & Exchanges
You may return the items delivered to you within 7 days of delivery date by return shipment.
You may exchange the purchased item for the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. Otherwise you will receive a store credit, which you can apply to a future order within 6 months of the return.
All items should be returned to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept for refund or exchange any items that are damaged, soiled, or show wear and tear. More specifically:
- All shoes should be tried on carpeted area only.
Bath & Body products, candles, and home sprays are not returnable.

Returns for items purchased on sale are not available.
Speak Out offers free shipping for both delivery and returns for orders of €200 or more within Greece. For orders of lesser amounts within Greece and for European and international orders, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Any shipping costs incurred by Speak Out in the delivery or return of your item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Please bear in mind, refunds are not available for items purchased on sale or paid for with cash on delivery or by bank transfer. When the order has been paid for with cash on delivery (option only available in Greece) or by bank transfer, only store credit can be offered for returns.
Orders paid for using Paypal will be refunded to the original account, but return shipping costs will be deducted.
If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the above return instructions. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our e-shop. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
We recommend that you use the same courier we use and insure the goods to make sure that they reach us or that you are compensated if they don’t.

Returns for orders from Greece over 200 euros are free.
In all other cases a fee equal with the shipping cost is charged.
- For purchases of 100 euros or more in Greece : free shipping. No free returns.
- For purchases of less of 100 euros in Greece: 5 euros shipping.
- For purchases of 200 euros or more in Greece: free shipping and free returns.
- For purchases in Europe: 15 euros shipping.
- For purchases in other countries (international): 25 euros.

Taxes & Customs Duties
Delivery within the EU is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non EU country, you might be asked to pay further customs duties. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.
